# The Brains Combined

#### How They Work Together:

Think of these three brains as a connected **team of specialists**, each with their own role:

1. **Step 1 – Intellectual Brain (The Thinker):** Sparks the process by coming up with a new idea or question.
 * Example: “What makes people happy?”
2. **Step 2 – Contextual Brain (The Grounder):** Jumps in with relevant facts, context, and background to give the idea depth.
 * Example: “Studies show happiness often comes from strong relationships, a sense of purpose, and gratitude.”
3. **Step 3 – Metacognitive Brain (The Coach):** Evaluates the interaction between the Intellectual and Contextual Brains. It asks:
 * Are we asking the right question?
 * Are we looking at this with enough context?
 * Is there a better way to organize or connect this information?
4. **Loop Back:** The Metacognitive Brain may suggest the Intellectual Brain refine the question or push the Contextual Brain to explore other areas. The process continues until a meaningful understanding or action plan emerges.
